We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights and how to return an item.

Your 14-day right to cancel

UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, without reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us before the 14 days expire.

Important exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed products unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods that deteriorate quickly. We can only accept returns of supplements, teas and consumables if unopened, unused and in original sealed packaging.

How to return an item

Start a return via our online Refunds portal, or email info@wellbeansuperfoods.co.uk with your order number. You cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect; use a tracked service.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return we refund your original payment method within 14 days, including standard delivery (excluding premium delivery upgrades).

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you have Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights, including a 30-day right to a refund. Contact us with a photo and order number and we will put it right.
